Conference Web Filming
Over recent years, members of Broadcast & Corporate Ltd, developed a facility primarily for Investment Bank Conferences, which enables the daily conference proceedings to be filmed and edited by a skilled team of Producers, Financial Journalists and Technicians, all who have experience working for the BBC and other major Broadcasters.
The process can be compared to the major annual political conferences, where the days proceedings are skilfully edited to a 15 minute highlighted package, accompanied by commentary, which is then transmitted on flagship news programmes, for example BBC Newsnight and Channel Four News.
Once edited and approved by the client, the Conference highlights are then streamed onto the Clients website, thus enabling, employee's, who were not able to attend the conference, to view an edited but concise, accurate film of the conference proceedings and be informed of the key messages, delivered by Analysts and guest speakers to the conference audience.
The Edited Web Film:-
- Financial Journalists extrapolate key messages from Conference Speakers.
- An edited highlights package of the day's conference is produced on site and ready for client's approval within two hours of the conference ending.
- The edited package will also contain addition film, interviews & Graphics to enhance the film about the conference.
- The finished edited film is uploaded onto the Conference Hosts Website and is ready for viewing by selected personnel via the internet within hours of the end of the days conference.
- Employees in the or other parts of the Globe, unable to attend the conference can view the edited highlights package, within hours of the conference ending on mobile phone, ipod or conventional laptop.
